IWSC Bronze medal-winner in 2021, the flavour comes from the apples used – a blend of Russet, Cox, Worcester and Bramley – and the méthode traditionelle process with 18 month ageing on the lees in the bottle for added complexity. The dry taste profile is maintained with no sweetening added in the dosage.
Wonderful both with cheeses and canapés – a perfect match with fish and crustaceans, too.
