A delicate, fresh oak aroma with hints of green apple, citrus and caramel. Medium dry on the palate with the characteristic bitterness that the Dabinett apple is famous for.
Delicious with barbecued prawns of seared scallops… a great match with salmon or lobster, too – great with roast duck, pork or lamb.
