The Falstaff is the first of The Newt’s Limited Release range, one of only 4000 produced from the 2018 vintage. Cold-fermented for 6 months in The Newt’s state-of-the-art cellar, resulting in a crisp, light and dry cyder.
The Newt Limited Release Falstaff 2018 is gluten free and vegetarian and vegan friendly.
Golden straw-coloured with an aroma of fresh green apples and lychees, this cyder is just above dry in its taste, with the light acidity of fresh lime on the palate.
The cyder’s off-dryness and lychees notes makes this an ideal pairing with goats cheese.
