*Keeving is an artisan cider-making technique used to create a natural cider without sweetening or pasteurisation. Wild yeasts, cool cellars and low nutrient orchards are all key elements in the process. Only 100% fresh pressed cider apples are used, no sugar, no water, and nothing else.
Medium gold colour, sparkling, rich apple dessert nose suggesting something sweet, which the palate then turns on its head to make a dry crisp, nutty-flavoured moderately tannic, firm, long flavour with a twist of bittersharp finish – an ideal food pairing.
Try with a delicious, medium rare, slightly marbled, aged fillet steak – the ripe, firm tannins sit very comfortably alongside the richness of this steak cut.
