BURROW HILL MEDIUM-DRY SPARKLING CIDER
Tasting Notes
Pale gold colour and beautifully structured with a rich and sweet fruit (almost an ice cider) nose. Fresh, firm tannins balance soft toffee fruit on the palate, the finish is dry, clean and long.
Food Pairing
Great with a simple pork pie or a full Ploughman’s with a decent slice of ham, or a sausage roll or Cornish pasty.
