Just Cider is an ideal welcome drink and aperitif. Superb with canapés, middle eastern meze or satay from Thailand. Ideal with lighter fish dishes, especially white fish like cod or haddock. Superb with vegetarian dishes like charred spring onions and teriyaki tofu or courgette and lemon risotto. Excellent with light cheeses such as mozzarella and burrata.
